Camp Williamsburg offers an exciting way for children to spend a portion of his or her summer. Held each week on the  campus of Historic William and Mary, your campers will get the feeling that they  are stepping back in time to the 18th century.

An 18th century fun-filled, history-centered summer day camp.  Campers will arrive on Monday morning at Sadler Hall  located in the heart  on Historic William and Mary Campus

Each day the camper will begin  their day dressed in their very own 18th century costume which is to be worn everyday.  as a Colonial Virginian child would have done, from home life chores such as making ice cream to learning manners at the table and for the company of others, to dance a Virginia Country Dance or step a Minuet, play colonial games, read from a book of 18th century  poetry or a copy of the local newspaper,  write with quill and ink in their own  journal, learn a bit of French, learn how to play a tin whistle, learn a secret code in case they are needed to be sent out as a spy for the Colonist, and there will be Very Special Guests and field trips to the local Historic Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown.

They will walk the very streets that Thomas Jefferson, Patrick Henry and George and Martha Washington walked.

Perfect for your young history buff or children looking for a one-of-a-kind experience.
